CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Tumelo Given Ratau has
resigned as non-executive director of StratCorp Limited
with effect from 17 May 2013. The Board wants to thank
Tumelo for his contribution during the period that he
served as a non-executive director of StratCorp and wishes
him well in his endeavours.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr Johannes Hendrik Petrus
(Henk) Engelbrecht has resigned as financial director of
StratCorp Limited with effect from 31 May 2013. The Board
wants to thank Henk for his contribution during the period
that he served as the financial director of StratCorp and
wishes him well in his endeavours.
