AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2012, which are included in the company's integrated
annual report for that year, have been dispatched to shareholders today, 21
May 2013. The audited annual financial statements are unchanged from the
reviewed results published on SENS on 25 March 2013.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held on Wednesday, 10 July 2013 at 10h00 in the boardroom,
Vunani House, 151 Katherine Street, Sandton to transact the business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the company's
integrated annual report.
