RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dated 19 April 2013 relating to the
adoption and approval of Command’s new Memorandum of Incorporation (“circular”).
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today, the proposed resolutions set
out in the notice of general meeting included in the circular, were not approved by the
shareholders.
