Changes to the Board Committee
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) and 3.84(d) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, Merafe Resources announces the following changes to the
Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Merafe Resources Board.
Shareholders are advised that Mr Z van der Walt, an independent non-
executive director, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the
Remuneration and Nomination committee with immediate effect. Mr Molefe, the
outgoing chairman of the committee, will remain as a member of the
Committee.
