Receipt of Notice under 249D of the Corporations Act 2001
The Company advises that it is in receipt of a request under 249D of the
Corporations Act 2001 from a shareholder representing greater than 5% of the
votes that may be cast in a shareholders meeting for the following resolution
to be put to its members, namely:
1. Resolution 1 – Removal of Mr David John Perkins as a Director
“That, pursuant to section 203D of the Corporations Act, Mr David John
Perkins be and is hereby removed as a director of the Company
(effective immediately on the passing of this resolution).”
The Company wishes to advise that it will provide a response to this request with
regard to the timing of the General Meeting, as soon as it has time to consider all the
issues involved.
