Shareholders are advised that the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund's (HRADF)
Board of Directors qualified “2PU”, the consortium formed by Phumelela and Pari
Mutuel Urbain(PMU) (Paris, France) are participating in a tender procedure for the
grant of the exclusive right to organize and conduct pari - mutual betting ("Tote")
on horse races in Greece for a period of 20 years.
A further announcement will be made, in due course, informing shareholders of the
result of the tender application.
