following information is disclosed:
Ronald Keith (Tim) Store, having reached retirement age, will
retire from the board of FSR on 31 May 2013.
Mr. Store has made a considerable contribution to the Group’s
Board and other governance committees during his nine year term as
a director. The Board thanks him for this contribution and wishes
him well in his retirement.
