Resignation of Non-Executive Director
On 24 May 2013 Peter Surgey has tendered his resignation as a non-
executive director of EVRAZ highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited, part of
the EVRAZ Group SA, with immediate effect.
Peter joined the board on 1 March 2010. He also served on the Audit and
Risk Committee and chaired the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
EVRAZ Highveld wishes to thank Peter for his valuable contribution and the
substantial part he played in the leadership of the Company. It was a
privilege to have Peter Surgey as part of the directorate during this period
of time.
