CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Adcorp hereby advises that Premium Corporate
Consulting Services Proprietary Limited has resigned as Company
Secretary to Adcorp with effect from 31 May 2013.
Shareholders are further advised that as of 1 June 2013, AM Sher,
the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, shall assume the
responsibilities of acting Company Secretary until a suitable
replacement is found.
