APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
RBPlat is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lucas Ndala as a non-executive
director to its board of directors (“Board”) with effect from 28 May 2013.
Mr Ndala is a Chartered Accountant and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Royal
Bafokeng Holdings (Proprietary) Limited. In addition, Mr Ndala holds various directorships
such as, Fraser Alexander (Proprietary) Limited, Atterbury Investment Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited and MB Technologies Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr Ndala’s appointment as a strategic step towards the further
growth of the company.
