EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
On 28 May 2013 Susan Marsden, Group Company Secretary, exercised an option over 158,000
Intu Properties plc shares granted in 2010 under the Company’s unapproved share option
scheme at an exercise price of £3.13 per share. Mrs Marsden sold all 158,000 of the shares
subject to the option at the capped price of £3.339 per share, and therefore her total interest in
Intu Properties plc shares remains at 8,443 (0.001%) following the exercise.
