CHANGE OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Indequity
shareholders are advised that Ms Dominique Deoraj has resigned from her position as company
secretary of Indequity, with effect from 6 June 2013.
The board of directors of Indequity (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that Ms Ramona Fourie has
been appointed as company secretary of Indequity with effect from 6 June 2013. Ms Ramona Fourie
has completed her BCom Accounting degree at the University of Johannesburg.
The Board would like to thank Ms Dominique Deoraj for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
