PREFEX SECURITIES - DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement regarding a possible quarterly
distribution to the holders of PrefEx Securities, notice is hereby
given that the PrefEx Trust will make a distribution of 21.87 cents
per PrefEx Security in respect of the quarter ending 31 May 2013.
The distribution of 21.87000 cents per PrefEx Security will be
comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 18.70000 cents
Resultant net dividend 15.89500 cents
Dividend (local) (subject to STC credits of 3.02 cents i.e. exempt
from tax) (gross) 3.02000 cents
Resultant net dividend 3.02000 cents
Interest 0.15000 cents
There are currently 20 400 000 PrefEx Securities in issue. The
distribution will be made to all PrefEx Security holders recorded in
the register on Friday, 31 May 2013. The distribution will be
effected on Wednesday, 5 June 2013.
