VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
During May 2013, the Company allotted a total of 1,743,746 ordinary shares in connection
with the exercise and grant of awards under its Share Option Schemes and Performance
Share Plan. As a result, the Company’s issued share capital as at 31 May 2013 consists of
956,279,256 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold
any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is 956,279,256.
The above figure of 956,279,256 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
