Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released on the Securities Exchange News Service on 21
May 2013 and 22 May 2013 relating to Growthpoint’s R2,520 million equity capital raise (“Equity Raise”).
Pursuant to the Equity Raise, 90,000,000 new Growthpoint linked units have been allotted, listed and issued at
an issue price of R28.00 per linked unit. The issue price comprises R27.363 of linked unit capital and an
antecedent divestiture distribution of R0.637 for the 6 month period ending 30 June 2013.
