Trading Statement
In terms of section 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that the financial results for the period will differ by at least 20% from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Brikor is currently in the process of finalising its results for the year
ended 28 February 2013. It is anticipated, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that Brikor will
reflect headline earnings per share of between 1.3 cents and 1.5 cents (headline loss of 3.3 cents
per share for the year ended 29 February 2012) and basic earnings of between 4.8 cents and 5.8
cents per share (basic loss of 5.2 cents per share for the year ended 29 February 2012).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by
Brikor’s auditors.
The Company’s financial results for the year ended 28 February 2013 are expected to be
released by early June 2013.
