CHANGES TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
TCS (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Lucas Ramagaga, the Chief Financial Officer,
has been appointed to the Board as an executive director and acting Financial Director with immediate
effect.
Lucas is a qualified chartered accountant who completed his articles with Deloitte and has been with the
Company since May 2011.
The Board welcomes Lucas and looks forward to his contribution to the Board.
