TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as
soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the current reporting period will differ by more
than 20% from those for the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are referred to the unaudited interim group results, released on SENS on 7 March 2013, wherein
shareholders were advised that the company expected a continued reduction in both sales and profitability in the
second half of the 2013 financial year.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the company expects headline earnings per share and earnings per
share for the twelve month period ending 30 June 2013 to be at least 160% lower than those for the previous
corresponding period.
Rex Trueform is not able, at this stage of the current financial year, to determine with a reasonable degree of
certainty by what percentage the results for the twelve months ending 30 June 2013 will be lower than the previous
corresponding period.
An updated trading statement will be released as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty is obtained.
