Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 are
unchanged from the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 19 March 2013. These audited annual
financial statements have been posted to shareholders today.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of RBA will be held at the company`s registered office at
the 11th Floor, Nedbank Corner, 96 Jorissen Street (cnr Biccard) Braamfontein on Tuesday 25 June 2013 at
10.00.
