Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a possible quarterly distribution to
holders of PropTrax SAPY securities, for the quarter ending 30 June 2013:

Last day to trade cum distribution: Friday, 21 June
Securities trade ex distribution: Monday, 24 June
Record date: Friday, 28 June
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will be made within 14 business days
after the record date.
