UPDATE ON SUSPENSION OF SHERBOURNE CAPITAL LIMITED
Further to the announcement on SENS, dated 22 April 2013 which inter alia included the acquisition of
Applemint Properties, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Sherbourne will be presenting
the business plan to the JSE AltX Advisory Committee on the 11th June 2013.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on SENS dated 5 March, regarding the suspension of
Sherbourne, the JSE has granted Sherbourne an extension pending a decision by the JSE AltX Advisory
Committee. Shareholders will be updated once a decision by the JSE AltX Advisory Committee has been
made.
