RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that Melville
Aubrey Hill, the Financial Director has tendered his resignation,
with effect from 04 June 2013.
The board would like to thank Mel for his valuable contribution
during his time on the board.
The company will be appointing a new financial director in due
course.
