FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING DISPOSAL OF MUSCLE SCIENCE AND
FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
1) Update on Disposal of Muscle Science
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 30 April 2013 in respect of
negotiations to dispose of the Muscle Science Brand and related sub-brands and trade-
marks (the “Brands”) or the BioScience’s subsidiary Aldabri 53 (Pty) Limited (“Aldabri”),
which holds and trades Muscle Science, shareholders are advised that the disposal is
progressing and that one of the required suspensive conditions, being that BioScience
obtain irrevocable approval from more than 50% of BioScience shareholders eligible to
vote on the disposal, has been fulfilled.
2) Renewal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
shares until the financial effects had been announced.
