Investec Equity Structured Products
In terms of the Growthpoint Properties Limited (“GRT”) corporate action, GRT have resolved to convert
GRT linked units to GRT ordinary shares, in the ratio of 1 GRT ordinary share for every 1 GRT linked unit
held on the record date, 2 August 2013.
Notwithstanding the above, there will be no change to the valuation of the investment as a result of the
corporate action.
