RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Stanley Donner has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
1 July 2013.
Stanley was instrumental in the founding of Santova and the Board
would like to thank him for his valued contribution to the Company
over many years and wishes him success in the future. Stanley will
continue to consult and provide marketing support to Company.
