FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement regarding the changes to the
Basil Read board of directors (the “Board”) released on the Stock Exchange
News Service on Monday, 3 June 2013, and are advised that the Board of
Basil Read currently comprises of the following members:
