RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that Gareth Warburton has resigned as company secretary of AMAP with effect from 15
February 2013. In the interim, Bruce Drummond (AMAP Chief Financial Officer) will serve as company
secretary until a new company secretary is appointed.
