Partial de-listing of NewGold debentures
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 3,200,000 debentures. The de-
listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 30,914.428 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.
Following the de-listing there will be 146,036,300 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,410,821.456 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
