CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
Monday, 10 June 2013 regarding the resignation of AMAP’s company secretary. Herewith is the
corrected announcement:
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that Gareth Warburton has resigned as company secretary of AMAP with effect from 6 June
2013. In the interim, Bruce Drummond (AMAP Chief Financial Officer) will serve as company secretary
until a new company secretary is appointed.
