Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 26 April 2013 regarding
Vukile’s negotiations for the acquisition of the Wingspan property portfolio and are advised that
negotiations have been terminated and accordingly caution is no longer required to be exercised by
unitholders when dealing in their Vukile units.
