RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The second Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Mpact
was held today, Tuesday, 11 June 2013. All the ordinary and
special resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting to shareholders dated 22 March 2013, proposed
at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
votes.
