Oando shareholders are referred to the announcements released
on the Securities Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 21
December 2012, 5 February 2013, 8 February 2013, 20 February
2013 and 21 May 2013 respectively, and are advised that the
Rights Issue Shares together with the Excess Rights Issue
Shares, as allotted, will be listed on the Main Board of JSE
Limited and commence trading from commencement of market open,
on Wednesday 12 June 2013.
