CHANGES TO THE BOARD: COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b)of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed of the resignation of Mr Mark du Toit as company
secretary with effect from 31 July 2013. The Board would like to
thank Mark for his contribution to the company and wish him well
in his future ventures.
The replacement for Mark will be announced once a suitable
candidate has been found.
