121(2)b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, the Company advises shareholders that
it has been notified by Coronation Asset Management (acting on behalf of their clients)
that it has acquired shares in the Company resulting in Coronation’s clients’ collective
beneficial interest in the Company increasing to 5.0% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
