RESULT OF JSE INVESTIGATION OF ALLEGATIONS MADE BY GROWTHPOINT
Unitholders are referred to the previous announcements, released on SENS, in relation to the unfounded
allegations made by Growthpoint about Redefine's conduct in the context of its offer to acquire
Fountainhead units.
Unitholders are advised that, following an investigation of Growthpoint's allegations, the JSE has confirmed
in writing that they have found no breaches by Redefine of the JSE Listings Requirements.
