NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act (71
of 2008) and regulation 121(2)b) of the Companies Act
Regulations 2011, the Company advises shareholders that it
has been notified by Coronation Asset Management (acting on
behalf of their clients) that it has acquired shares in the
Company resulting in Coronation’s clients’ collective
beneficial interest in the Company increasing to 10.19% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
