advised that PSG Financial Services has received formal
notification in the prescribed form that:
Clients of Allan Gray have, in aggregate, acquired an
interest in the preference shares of PSG Financial
Services, such that the total interest in the preference
shares of PSG Financial Services held by Allan Gray’s
clients, now amounts to 6.1611% of the total issued
preference shares of PSG Financial Services.
