Shareholders are referred to the Company’s circular to
shareholders dated 20 May 2013 (“the Circular”) and to the
Company’s announcement of the same date (“the Announcement”).
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Zeder
shareholders held at 10h00 on Thursday, 20 June 2013, all
resolutions, as more fully set out in the notice of general
meeting of Zeder shareholders in the Circular, were passed by the
requisite majorities of shareholders present and represented by
proxy.
