Datatec has received a notification from Mr C S Seabrooke of sales
of Datatec shares by Sabvest Limited (“Sabvest”), which is
controlled by The Seabrooke Family Trust, as part of a general
portfolio reduction by Sabvest for liquidity purposes. The sale
program by Sabvest is now complete.
