Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 14 June 2013 and are
advised that Mr. Michael Tollman, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)
of the company, will continue in office as Executive Chairman and CEO until the
appointment of an independent non-executive chairman, which process is not expected
to exceed six months.
In any areas of potential conflict, the lead independent non-executive director of the
company will act as chairman.
