INTEREST RATE RESET
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 18 June 2013 is 5.142% p.a (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, due on 16 September 2013 (*Modified Following), for the
period 18 June 2013 to 15 September 2013, will be calculated based on a rate of 6.842% p.a. (170bps
over JIBAR).
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the weekend or public
holiday falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the weekend or public holiday will
be used instead.
