CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, notice is hereby given to BCX shareholders of
the resignation of Mr John Poluta from the Board as an
independent non-executive director of the company. His
resignation will be with effect from 21 June 2013.
The board wishes to express its sincere appreciation to John
for his valuable contribution and support during his tenure of
four years as a director. The board wishes him well for the
future.
