Proceedings against Directors
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 June 2013 (“the
Announcement”). Cape Empowerment Trust Limited has served an application in terms of Rule
49(11) of the Uniform Rules of Court on Command and the Directors. This matter is opposed and is
set down to be heard on Tuesday, 13 August 2013 in the Western Cape High Court.
Date of annual general meeting
Shareholders are referred to the Announcement and are advised that the outcome of the
applications to the Companies Tribunal in terms of section 61 (7) (b) of the Companies Act, of No 71
of 2008 (“the Act”) and of section 61 (11)(b) of the Act to issue an Administrative Order for an
annual general meeting of shareholders to be convened is still awaited.
