Shareholders of CBH are referred to the announcement dated 27 May 2013, in
connection with the circular to shareholders and notice of general meeting for the
approval of the following:
- Authority to grant the option and the authority for a specific issue of shares for
cash
- Authority to sign all necessary documents
- Authority to provide financial assistance for the subscription of shares to be
issued by the Company
- Amendment of the memorandum of incorporation of the Company
CBH shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today, 24 June 2013, the
special resolutions and the ordinary resolutions proposed were approved.
