Please be advised that on 12 June 2013 the board of directors of
Cosira South Africa (Pty) Ltd resolved that the company
voluntarily commences business rescue proceedings and be placed
under supervision in terms of section 129 of the Companies Act,
2008. The resolution was filed with the CIPC on 13 June. In terms
of section 132(1) of the Companies Act, the business rescue
proceedings began when the company filed the resolution.
