RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of Calgro M3 advises that, at the Annual General
Meeting of shareholders held today, 25 June 2013, all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting
contained in the company's Integrated Report for the year
ended 28 February 2013, were duly approved by the requisite
majority of Calgro M3 shareholders.
The relevant special resolutions will be lodged with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
