APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Sovereign is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Coley as Financial
Director of Sovereign with effect from 1 July 2013.
Grant Coley is a CA (SA) and before joining Sovereign Foods he was employed by
PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a manager in the Assurance Division, where he had
completed his articles. He has been with Sovereign for the past five years, having
joined the company to set up the Internal Audit Department. More recently he has
held the position of Senior Financial Manager in the Agricultural Division.
