Shareholders are advised that, for circumstances beyond the control of the company, the distribution
of the circular to shareholders referred to in the announcement of the Disposal dated 29 April 2013
will be delayed beyond the period of 60 days required by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Shareholders of the company will be kept advised as to progress in this regard.
