CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER
Investors are advised that Stephen Delport has resigned as managing director from the board of directors of
the Manager with effect from 27 June 2013.
Gareth Stobie (B Com, PG Dip Fin, MBA) has been appointed as managing director with effect from the
date that his appointment is approved by the FSB. Gareth has been with Grindrod Bank since 2003 and is
currently the head of the Capital Markets division at Grindrod Bank.
In the interim, and until Gareth’s appointment is approved by the FSB, Herman Zolty, a non-executive
director of the Manager, will fulfil the role of managing director.
