Further to the cautionary announcement dated 20 February 2013 and the renewal of cautionary
dated 5 April 2013 and 16 May 2013 shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress
which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
